The Moore Family

I photographed the Moore family last weekend and it was super hot and muggy. Even though our weather conditions were not the best, this family looks great! Meanwhile, I'm over there behind the camera having to wipe the sweat of my LCD screen so I can preview their photos. Whew! What a day! We found a really cool wall down on my favorite street in Austin...good ole' South Lamar. Also, they are gearing up to move to San Antonio to start a new church called North Rock San Antonio so I wish them the best in their big and exciting step they are taking.

Summertime Sweeties

These 2 are my honey bunnies...AKA my neice and nephew. Ha! We did a shoot last week for their dad for Father's Day. First, we did the traditional greenery and park shoot and then we headed downtown for some fun, jazzy stuff just for a bit of variety.

The Teter Family

About a week ago, I had the opportunity to photograph a really fun family...the Teters. They liked to laugh and have a good time and their place down on Lake Austin had so many cool places to shoot. I could have photographed them for a few more hours down there but I think the kids were about to shoot me!

My Soccer Stud

Every once in awhile I can talk my son into a "quick" photoshoot. And, by quick I'm talking like 5 minutes and then he has to get back to socializing and bike riding in the hood with his buddies. He's been playing soccer since he was 3 years old so I decided to theme the shoot around soccer. I thought I got some really cute shots of him given that I only had 5 minutes to shoot. He's become quite the model since he's turned seven!

Elect Alicia For Bride

Yesterday, I photographed Alicia who is getting married soon and we had a great time. I got so many beautiful shots of her that I had a hard time choosing what I wanted to blog. She wanted to do her shoot at the Capitol because she works for a Texas State Senator and her and her fiance have running political jokes. We pushed the line when we shot inside and we nearly got kicked out when we were photographing her in the press room. She wasn't at the podium but a minute before the secretary next door came running in to tell us to stop b/c we were being video monitored by the "Big Guys" upstairs. Oops!

"Baby J"

My BFF, Jana, is in the process of adopting "Baby J". He arrived at their home when he was just 3 days old. We couldn't resist taking some of my dot-to-dot photos of him. He is soooo adorable and THE best baby you could ever imagine! We love him already and are praying that everything goes well and he remains a part of the Palcer family forever.
