Oh my goodness! I can't get enough of these families with little boys that I've been photographing. I think words gotten out on the street how tickled I get photographing these crazy boys but man they are cute AND funny! Once again, the Fletchers didn't disappoint. Mama decided that she wanted to just do a shoot at home in their holiday pj's and we had a ball. They decorated the tree, painted their hand prints on their tree skirt, decorated cookies, had a dance party and all the while Mom and Dad were happy because it was happy hour! You need to tune in to see the Burt Reynolds replica by the fireplace, someone might have gotten "cookie drunk" and the pj shirt's starting getting ripped off in all the festivities. They've welcomed a new addition to the family and his name is Harrison "Harry". What a cutie patootie he is and he fit right in with all the holiday kerfluffle. ATX Family Shoot | The Dreys | Lake Austin

I photographed the Dreys a few weeks ago and they were the lucky winners ;) of one of my photoshoots that I had donated to the charity Carrying Hope. This charity helps foster children who are going to a new home. Alot of the children would go into their new foster home with only the clothes on their backs so Carrying Hope came up with the idea for Hope Packs: backpacks filled with everything a child would need during his/her/their first 24-48 hours in a new home. The Dreys thought that a shoot on the lake would be nice so we were able to shoot at Westlake Beach down on Lake Austin...thanks David! Oh my goodness, let the fun begin. They have 3 adorable little boys who were so cute with their slicked back hair, cute outfits and sweet personalities that I had a ball photographing the whole family. The boys kept me on my toes and huffin' and puffin' trying to keep up their energy. Grab a cider and a snack and kick back and watch this overload of cuteness.

These two are the best! They always show up and are ready to get the job done. There was some bickering this year to their mom about wearing the tshirts with their age on them but ya know some traditions die hard for us mamas. We joked that in the future when Bali would be 35 years old and have her own two kids that Mama would still be making her wear her age on her shirt. :))) Totally Joking but funny to think about and envision. ATX Family Shoot | The Ferraras

We definitely rolled with the punches on this photo shoot. This particular late October Saturday morning we were blessed with a heat wave and the highest humidity you can imagine. Dr. Mai and her boys showed up dressed for fall photos and everyone was uncomfortable in their long sleeves with the warmth. We finally ducked into La Patisserie for some air conditioning and a sweet treat to try and energize the boys on this early Saturday morn. We took advantage of the yummy treats and cute cafe and snapped a few photos while they enjoyed their macarons. The boys were more energized after their cookies and we managed to squeek out a few more photos around South First Street before the drizzle started.
